What is My Martha Design Boutique and how would you describe your business to a friend?
A very intimate, beautiful, European style ladies boutique with everything from jeans to wedding gowns.
Why did you start your business?
As a long time lover of fashion and design, opportunity came and gifted us with a sweet little space to hang a shingle.
I love my customers. I love learning what they love about my store, so I can go out and seek more things to become treasures.
What do you love most about it?
We try to have a nice balance of price points. We have lots of low price point items mixed in with our finer items. You never know what you’ll find!
What is a common question you get or what is your most popular product or service?
They need a dress to wear to a wedding!
What is the biggest compliment your business has received?
That the store reminds a lot of people of a boutique in France.
Why did you choose to be on Main Street in Placerville?
It was obvious to us that Main Street, Placerville is the Heart of the Foothills.
It’s always fun to be where the pulse is. We can’t imagine a better place.
